Transparency - Türkiye
In Türkiye, Biogen is a member of the Association of Research-Based Pharmaceutical Companies (AiFD), which is affiliated with the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA). In line with AiFD Disclosure requirements, we ensure transparency in our collaborations with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and healthcare organizations (HCOs).
These collaborations are critical to advancing research and the development of innovative therapies, and Biogen is committed to conducting them in a transparent and compliant manner in accordance with Turkish regulations.
In line with the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency (TITCK) requirements, Biogen collects and reports all relevant transfers of value annually. The information related to the previous calendar year is submitted to TITCK no later than 30 June of the following year.
The submission includes details such as the HCP’s name, place of work, registration/authorization number, and the period of collaboration.
