In Europe, we are a member of the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA), and endorse the EFPIA Disclosure Code, a set of guiding principles that requires pharmaceutical companies to publicly disclose transfers of value made to European health care professionals and health care organizations.

As a member of EFPIA (the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations), Biogen is proud to endorse and uphold the EFPIA Disclosure Code. In line with the local code in Estonia, Article 83 (6) of the Medicinal Products Act and Regulation No 40 of the Minister of Social Affairs, Biogen is collecting all payments and contributions made to Healthcare Professionals and Organizations.
